As the Yelp reviewer below me has stated this location is absolutely horrible and it shames the KFC franchise. My fam and I have been there several times (because we live a few blocks over, and you know every once in awhile you crave KFC and it's annoying to drive to the other end of town for it, & yes I know they deliver but they never get our order right lol) and the staff is always ALWAYS rude and make issues over the smallest things like coupons, asking how much longer it'll be or asking for extra packets of vinager or whatever we always are given attitude with it. One time my stepson accidentally spilled a teeny tiny bit of vinegar on the dirty floor and the worker made a huge issue of it and started arguing with my bf.
The workers are always talking to each other about random crap and ignore you until you're ready to leave and you can tell they're talking crap about you once they get whispering.
The wait time is always double is not triple the regular wait time compared to other KFCs and the food is always meh or is disgustingly reheated from god knows when so we always ask for fresh, which is prob why they make us wait 20+ mins.
Not to mention this place is always kinda dirty. Like the floors, the flies or garbage smell. Garbage is always all over the lot too and the massive pot holes don't even get me started on.
Today tho my bf was there and majority of the ppl working didnt speak english well and when he tried to use a coupon they kept putting it in wrong and then they shorted him change. Afterwards they began talking in another language clearly talking crap and laughing which I think is highly unprofessional and rude. I don't know if it's the owner who hires such crappy ppl or what cause so many ppl have come and gone there, but something needs to change ASAP!

Honestly, I first looked at the google reviews of this place before going. It was a 3 star review, so I looked into the reviews and they were mainly about the food taking long. I didn't really mind waiting long on the food because I knew it would be fresh so I decided to go ahead and go there. Upon going i immediately noticed the swarm of flies. But hey it's getting warmer so that's not their fault right. I go inside and the customer service I received was just out right terrible. Dawn the employee there was terrible. She kept uttering and making jokes about me to her co worker. It's like they didn't give a care about their job or the image. It honestly made no sense to me what their problem was. I've never experienced such rude out of the blue behaviour from restaurant staff before. The food was also extremely over cooked and well done. It's as if they messed up my food on purpose. It's a shame this franchise has such unprofessional and rude staff at this location.
